After reading Tolle and being directed to the library and internet to find something I thought I should recognize, but couldn't find, I was ultimately led to information that helped me understand why people follow him. I wrote the book, Critical Revelations in the Realm of Contemporary Spirituality about what happened and what I found.

I have experienced premonitions, guidance and profound synchronicity. I just finished publishing a memoir, God? Damn. My experiences align with some of what Carl Jung shares.
