In the book I am working on, I move from my upbringing in a christian environment to experiencing a series of profound events that I didn't have language for, which I would eventually realize were premonitions, feelings of being guided, and synchronicity that I have been able to partially document (not only in my own experiences but in events that involved others).
Slowly that led me to Carl Jung, the Theosophical Society, and people like Bernardo Kastrup who discuss the nature of consciousness.
I have a free mini-book on my blog called Synchronicity, Documented--my blog also includes a couple of events but I have moved primarily to Medium, where I share a number of essays and book reviews.
My most recent essay, Spaceship Consciousness: What Drives Us?, is a review of the first chapter of John Horgan's book, Mind-Body Problems. He a science journalist and has written for Scientific American, The New York Times, and other national magazines. He provided an email link for reviews so I shared mine, and part of what he said was this: Wow, I love your essay, it may be my favorite response to Mind-Body Problems....
