Thank you for the recommendation but I have also read that book.

I come from a place where I try to avoid words like “should.” I learned that from a friend as well as in Scripts People Live by Claude Steiner.

I hear a lot of people using the phrase “the world is an illusion.” What does it mean to you?

Here is the dictionary definition:

a thing that is or is likely to be wrongly perceived or interpreted by the senses.

I have been experiencing profound events for nearly 20 years, and I am not sure I would describe what I am experiencing as an illusion, but I appreciate the opportunity to think about this a little tonight.

For me the best way to describe it at this point is more like an astonishing opportunity if you can allow yourself to accept your journey.

For me if people are directed to see the world as a illusion for me it seems like that would be like telling them that they have to focus on the idea that the cake didn’t ever really exist, but I have come to know how sweet it is.
